Pineapple Cream Salad Recipe

This is such a good salad. Great with poultry, ham and beef!

Ingredients
- 1-3oz pkg. lemon jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1-14 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 100 mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whipping cream
Directions
- Combine jello and boiling water. Stir to dissolve.
- Add pineapple with juice.
- Cut cream cheese into very small cubes and add to jello.
- Add marshmallows and stir.
- Chill till slightly thickened and stir again.
- Whip cream and fold into jello.
- Chill until ready to serve.

This one sounds great. I could really play with this recipe. It would be so easy to change the jello flavor, add cherries, coconut and/or nuts. This one could be a fun start to many flavors.
