Pineapple Cream Salad Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine jello and boiling water. Stir to dissolve.
  • Add pineapple with juice.
  • Cut cream cheese into very small cubes and add to jello.
  • Add marshmallows and stir.
  • Chill till slightly thickened and stir again.
  • Whip cream and fold into jello.
  • Chill until ready to serve.

    This one sounds great. I could really play with this recipe. It would be so easy to change the jello flavor, add cherries, coconut and/or nuts. This one could be a fun start to many flavors.

    This sounds really good, and easy to make. I'll try it with Cool Whip instead of whipping cream.
