Texas Potatoe Wedges

- 6 large potatoes shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/3 cup milk shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika shopping list
- 1 tsp salt or sea salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. each dried thyme, basil, oregano, chili powder and garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper ( you decide ) shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (I like sesame oil ) shopping list
How to make it
- Slice unpeeled, well scrubbed potatoes into 10 to 12 wedges per potatoe.
- In a small bowl, beat egg and milk
- In another bowl,combine flour and seasonings.
- Dip potatoe wedges into milk mixture and dust with flour mixture.
- Place in a single file on ungreased baking sheet.
- Drizzle with oil.
- Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown and tender.
- Yields 6 to 8 servings
