How to make it

  • Slice unpeeled, well scrubbed potatoes into 10 to 12 wedges per potatoe.
  • In a small bowl, beat egg and milk
  • In another bowl,combine flour and seasonings.
  • Dip potatoe wedges into milk mixture and dust with flour mixture.
  • Place in a single file on ungreased baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with oil.
  • Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown and tender.
  • Yields 6 to 8 servings
