Mexican Corn Pie Recipe

A yummy corn casserole w/Mexican flare.

Ingredients
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 8 3/4 oz. can cream style corn
- 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen corn, thawed and drained
- 1/2 C. Butter
- 1/2 C. Cornmeal
- 1 C. sour cream
- 4 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese cut in 1/2 inch cubes
- 4 oz. Cheddar Cheese cut in 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 4 oz. mild chopped green chiles
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. Worchester Sauce
Directions
- Grease a 10" pie plate generously w/shortening. In a large bowl beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed. Pour into pie plate and bake uncovered at ~350 for one hour.
- This can be served as a main dish or a side dish. You can use shredded cheese to save having to cube cheese. :o)
