Southern Pecan Pie

- 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell shopping list
- 2 cups pecan halves shopping list
- 1 cup light corn syrup shopping list
- 4 eggs; beaten shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter; melted shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Arrange the pecan halves in the pie shell. Mix the other ingredients until well blended and carefully pour over the pecans. Do not overfill the shell. Bake in oven for 30 to 40 minutes until pie tests done. The pecan halves will rise to the surface of the pie as it cooks.
