Ingredients

2 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes

1-1/2 cups brown sugar; packed firmly

1/4 pound butter; softened

3 eggs; beaten

1 cup buttermilk

1/2 cup molasses

1 teaspoon vanilla

1-1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

2 9-inch unbaked pie crusts

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Mix potatoes, brown sugar and butter well. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour divided into two crusts. Bake 1 hour at 350°F.
