Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs (about 10-11
- whole crackers)
- 4 cups (1 pound) confectioners sugar
- 1-1/2 cups peanut butter
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 bag (12 ounces) or 2 cups milk chocolate chips
Directions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and peanut butter
- and mix well.
- Blend in melted butter until well combined. Press
- mixture evenly into a 9x13 inch pan. Melt chocolate chips in microwave or in double boiler. Spread over peanut butter mixture. Chill until firm and cut into bars. Note: You can make half of recipe in a 9-inch square pan.
- Also, to facilitate cutting without cracking chocolate on top, let sit on counter for a bit after bringing it out of refrigerator.
