These are easy no bake cookies with a rich chocolate taste - a childhood favorite.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 T unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 cups quick cooking rolled oats, uncooked
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk.
- Bring to a boil; boil for 1 minute. (Use a timer - don't overcook.)
- Stirn in vanilla, peanut butter and oats; mix thoroughly.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
- Let cool.

This has always been a favorite recipe of mine which I have had to substitute Almond Butter instead of the peanut butter because we have a family member that is allergic to peanuts. But, I rate this a 5 because it is the the one that I love the best...Glad I don't have a peanut allergy!
