Ingredients
  • Punch:
  • 1 12 oz can frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 10 oz can frozen banana daiquiri mixer
  • 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 6 cups ginger ale
  • 1 fifth Southern Comfort
  • Lemonade Ice Ring:
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 2 oranges, sliced
  • 2 limes, sliced
  • 1 4 oz jar maraschino cherries, drained
  • 4 cups lemonade
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

Directions
  1. In the bottom of a ring mold, place half of the sliced lemons, oranges and limes.
  2. Place cherries in teh center of the orange rings.
  3. Slowly add lemonade just to cover.
  4. Freeze overnight.
  5. Remove mold from freezer and add remaining fruit and mint leaves.
  6. Slowly fill with lemonade and freeze until set.
  7. In a large punch bowl, combine orange juice concentrate, banana dacquiri mixer and lemon juice.
  8. Stir to blend.
  9. Slowly add ginger ale.
  10. Remove excess foam with a spoon and stir in Southern Comfort.
  11. Place frozen ice ring in punch just before serving.
