Great served along side of a nice steak, potatoes and of course a salad!

Ingredients
- 1 dozen Roma tomatoes, cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 3 tbs. liquid hickory smoke
- 1 tbs. sea salt
- 1 tbs. cracked black pepper
Directions
- Cut the tomatoes into quarters and place on a baking sheet.
- You will want to use a baking sheet with raised sides to hold the liquid ingredients.
- Mix together the olive oil and liquid hickory smoke.
- Drizzle this mixture over the tomatoes.
- Sprinkle the tomatoes with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
- Place the tomatoes in a pre-heated 300 degree F oven for 45 minutes.
