Great served along side of a nice steak, potatoes and of course a salad!

Ingredients
  • 1 dozen Roma tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 3 tbs. liquid hickory smoke
  • 1 tbs. sea salt
  • 1 tbs. cracked black pepper

Directions
  1. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and place on a baking sheet.
  2. You will want to use a baking sheet with raised sides to hold the liquid ingredients.
  3. Mix together the olive oil and liquid hickory smoke.
  4. Drizzle this mixture over the tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle the tomatoes with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
  6. Place the tomatoes in a pre-heated 300 degree F oven for 45 minutes.
