How to make it

  • In the bottom of a large pitcher, using a wooden spoon- crush the mint leaves, sugar and lime juice together. Stir in rum and club soda.
  • Serve immediately in individual glasses over crushed ice.

    Nice recipe, also very good drink for a winter balcony party just add warm water instead of cold, makes a rather exotic alternative to Gluwein.

    I LOVE these! I was drinking them before they were 'cool'. I don't know which is better on a hot day, mojitos or gin and tonics!

    This will would be great after a dip in the lake. Nice and refreshing with a few mint leaves
    and fresh lime juice . I could just sit back and relax under a big tree.
