Irish Chocolate Velvet

I can see me sitting by a blazing fire all snuggled in a warm blanket with the Christmas tree lights warm and lovely...and this in my hand...maybe santa will come!
Ingredients
- 8 oz. of heavy cream shopping list
- 14 oz. of milk shopping list
- 4 oz. of milk chocolate shopping list
- 2 tbsp of cocoa powder shopping list
- 4 tbsp of Irish whiskey shopping list
- Garnish: whipped cream shopping list
How to make it
- Place the milk and chocolate in a pan and heat gently.
- Stir until chocolate has melted.
- Add in the cocoa and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in the heavy cream and Irish whiskey. Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with any remaining cocoa powder.
