Irish Chocolate Velvet Recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. of heavy cream

14 oz. of milk

4 oz. of milk chocolate

2 tbsp of cocoa powder

4 tbsp of Irish whiskey

Garnish: whipped cream

Directions

Place the milk and chocolate in a pan and heat gently.

Stir until chocolate has melted.

Add in the cocoa and bring to a boil.

Remove from heat and stir in the heavy cream and Irish whiskey. Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with any remaining cocoa powder.
