How to make it

  • Place the milk and chocolate in a pan and heat gently.
  • Stir until chocolate has melted.
  • Add in the cocoa and bring to a boil.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the heavy cream and Irish whiskey. Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with any remaining cocoa powder.

    If I add the whiskey Santa will pass me by.I always wait up for him. I'll never make it unless I wait up & make one for him too !!
