Roasted Cauliflower With 16 Cloves Of Roasted Garlic

- 1 large cauliflower (trimmed and cut into bite size pieces) shopping list
- 16 garlic cloves, peeled and lightly crushed shopping list
- 1-2 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil, plus shopping list
- more olive oil, to drizzle shopping list
How to make it
- Mix oil, rosemary, salt, pepper and garlic together.
- Toss in cauliflower and place in a large casserole dish.
- Roast in a preheated over of 450 degrees for 20 minutes
- give a toss and bake for 10 more minutes.

I love roasted garlic and I love roasted cauliflower, this would be the best of both worlds. Will be on the table with a plain roasted chicken and I'll be the best mom on the block again. Great post.

This is the exact recipe that I use for my roasted cauliflower. It is just delicious and even the kids will eat it.
