For me I would add granulated garlic and do the salt & pepper to taste. If there is something someone doesn't care for in the recipes, just change it up and make it yours! I plan on at least doubling this for a potluck coming up (a bit large rectangular pan than a 9x13). I'm looking forward to this. Ah, one thing, no one said what thickness chops or type one should use or is that just a personal thing for everyone? Anyway, glad for this to add as I run out of ideas for the potlucks since they are every other weekend and has been for years! *wink* Thanks!

This is a great way to do pork chops! I put my potatoes on top because it just made more sense to me. It makes the chops very moist and fall apart tender in a nice creamy sauce. I made it with Keni's Make It Yourself Condensed Cream Of Soups more muttering in IMI

I am sorry but as much as it sounded good it tasted horrible to me and my honey. I had to throw away 5 perfect sized expensive chops. The taste was plain and blah....I do not recommend. Sorry.

I will most likely will be making this for my daughter and family. They love it when Nana cooks. My daughter has two growing boys. One is 30 and the other is 11. So you know they love to eat.
