How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Combine oats, flour(s),wheat germ, sugar, baking powered, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Stir well and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the bananas, egg whites and melted butter until smooth.
  • Add banana mixture to the dry ingredienst and mix until just moistened. Gently fold in fruit.
  • Spray large muffin tins with non-stick spray.
  • Divide batter evenly between 12 muffin cups.
  • Bake for 20 minutes are until a toothpick inserted in the middle, comes out clean.
  • Let cool on a wire rack.

    My Mom,way ahead of her time in the good food ideas, made something really similar to this when I was a kid. I am definetly going to try your recipe!!!
