Italian Cheesecake

- 3 cups (1 1/2 pounds) ricotta cheese, full milk! shopping list
- 2 -8 oz cream cheese shopping list
- 1 large sour cream ((about 16 ounce size) shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vanilla shopping list
- 8 tablespoons of flour shopping list
How to make it
- Mix well.
- Pour into well greased spring form pan.
- Bake 350 for one hour
- Turn oven off leave cake in oven for 1 more hour.
- To serve: use fruit, can fruit, plain, cover in ganache.
- This recipe is given as it was given to me.
- No size on the sour cream. So I use large, not extra large size. About 16 ounces.
- No size for spring pan was given. Depends on how thick you like the cake.
