How to make it

  • Mix well.
  • Pour into well greased spring form pan.
  • Bake 350 for one hour
  • Turn oven off leave cake in oven for 1 more hour.
  • To serve: use fruit, can fruit, plain, cover in ganache.
  • This recipe is given as it was given to me.
  • No size on the sour cream. So I use large, not extra large size. About 16 ounces.
  • No size for spring pan was given. Depends on how thick you like the cake.

    Cheesecakes are my favorite dessert to bake. They are always a challenge as they can be very temperamental.
