Easy to make. A favorite in our house. Sauce can be doubled if you like a lot of sauce. I use1 1/2 cups cooked, drained ground turkey when I don't have leftover chicken.

For years everyone in Duluth went to Joe Huie's Chinese restaurant for egg foo young. His gravy was out of this world. I'd kill for the recipe.
