Pot Luck Broccoli Salad Recipe

Ingredients

4 cups broccoli, chopped (use flowerets only, no stems)

1 cup sunflower seeds

1 cup raisins

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

3 slices bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled

1 cup light mayonnaise

1/3 cups Splenda sweetener

2 Tbsp vinegar (I use white)

1/3 cup 1% lowfat milk

Directions

Rinse & drain broccoli

In a large bowl combine broccoli, sunflower seeds, raisins, red onion, and bacon bits

In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, Splenda, vinegar, and milk; whisk together until thoroughly mixed and sugar is dissolved

I prefer to add the chilled dressing and toss just before serving the salad but you can add it up to 1 to 2 hours before serving; either way it will be great!

Eat and enjoy!

I love broccoli salad. I especially enjoy flavors of the fresh crunchy broccoli, red onions and raisins. It really works. I've never had it with sunflower seeds though. Should be healthy! Thank you!
