Korean-style dressing

- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds shopping list
- 1/3 cup orange juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons rice wine shopping list
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon oriental sesame oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Place sesame seeds in a small non-stick skillet.
- Cook and stir over medium heat until lightly browned and toasted, about 5 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Crush sesame seeds using a mortar and pestle or with a wooded spoon.
- Transfer to a small bowl.
- Add orange juice, rice wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, sugar, garlic and crushed red pepper seeds.
- Blend well.
