How to make it

  • Place sesame seeds in a small non-stick skillet.
  • Cook and stir over medium heat until lightly browned and toasted, about 5 minutes.
  • Cool completely.
  • Crush sesame seeds using a mortar and pestle or with a wooded spoon.
  • Transfer to a small bowl.
  • Add orange juice, rice wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, sugar, garlic and crushed red pepper seeds.
  • Blend well.

    This sounds great. We've been buying Asian Toasted Sesame dressing. This might be close to its flavor!
