Korean-style Dressing Recipe
This is a very easy dressing that is great for a steak and pasta salad. Check out my post for Korean-style beef and pasta.

Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oriental sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Directions
  1. Place sesame seeds in a small non-stick skillet.
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat until lightly browned and toasted, about 5 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Crush sesame seeds using a mortar and pestle or with a wooded spoon.
  5. Transfer to a small bowl.
  6. Add orange juice, rice wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, sugar, garlic and crushed red pepper seeds.
  7. Blend well.
