How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Butter eight 6-ounce baking cups or a medium size baking dish.
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the custard into the cups or baking dish.
  • Place the dish or cups in a larger dish filled with water and bake for about 50 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
  • Cool & Refrigerate

    Hi Tom: Came across the great sounding recipe while searching for ways with pumpkins. I have an all out Pumpkin Bash going on tonight at a friends farm. Everyone has to make something with the pumpkins they picked. The party is being held in a barn and the menu consists: Pumpkin Bisque, Pumpkin Ravioli with pumpkin infused Alfredo Sauce, Bread and Pumpkin Stuffing, Pumpkin and Potato Mash, Squaw Bread with Pumpkin Butter, a Pumpkin Cheesecake with Pumpkin Truffles, My Autumn Cocktail with Pumpkin, AND your Great Pumpkin Custard. As a backup were have ordered pizzas for the wimps. Thanks~~~~~~~~~Sas
