This is an amazing dessert for Thanksgiving, Christmas or any time you want something extra special!

Ingredients
  • 2 pkg. Chewy Fudge Brownie mix
  • 1 pkg cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 can Cherry-Cranberry Pie filling
  • 2 squares semi-sweet chocolate

Directions
  1. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
  2. Spread batter evenly in a greased 13X9X2 pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  4. Cool.
  5. In a small mixing bowl combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, beat until smooth.
  6. Fold in whipped cream.
  7. Spread over baked brownie layer.
  8. Top with Cherry-Cranberry pie filling.
  9. Chill 30 min.
  10. Drizzle each serving with melted chocolate.
  11. Serve.

OH yes!! I know just the brand of brownie mix, have you heard of OOEY GOOEY CHOCOLATE CHUNK brownie mix? from a company called The Cravings Place. . They are worth the extra money, they are Gluten free so I don't feel so guilty when I eat them.
