This is a great appetizer for parties. It's easy to make and tastes wonderful. Prep time includes chilling.

Ingredients
  • 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 c shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 T taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 c frozen corn niblets, thawed
  • 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chiles
  • 1 T chopped black olives
  • Crackers for accompaniment

Directions
  1. Mix cheese, chicken, sour cream and seasoning mix in a medium bowl.
  2. Stir in corn, green chiles and olives.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  4. Serve with crackers.
  5. Makes about 4 cups.
