I'm not crazy about all the corn syrup in most pecan pies, so you can bet I'll try this one, love it!!

Seems quite easy shall try it. Not sure what pecan nuts are, couldn't find it in dictionary. Can I substitute it with other nuts? What does 'T' stand for as in 1T milk, 1T flour? Thanks

To Ivy: pecans are a soft, buttery nut from a species of hickory, native to south-central North America, in the United States from southern Iowa, Illinois and Indiana east to western Kentucky and western Tennessee, south through Oklahoma, Arkansas, to Texas, Mississippi, and Louisiana; and in Mexico from Coahuila south to Jalisco and Veracruz.
You can swap in walnuts if you prefer, any "soft nut" will do.
As for the "T", it likely stands for tablespoon. Hope that helps, I know it's been almost a year since you asked!
As for the recipe, it looks awesome!

Wow, Sarah. I've gone a long way since my comment. Since I discovered pecans in a big supermarket they have become my favourite nuts and I have been using them ever since. It's amazing how many things we learn through blogs and food communities. Thanks for info.
