Chocolate Cake Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

Cake:

3/4 c. sugar

1 c. flour

1/8 t. salt

2 t. baking opwder

2 T cocoa

1/2 c. milk

3 T melted butter

1 t vanilla

Topping:

1/2 c white sugar

1/2 c brown sugar

1/4 c cocoa

1 1/2 c. water or coffee

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350

In a 9" square pan, sift sugar, flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa

Stir in milk, melted butter and vanilla

Spread across pan

Mix topping sugars and cocoa together

Sprinkle over batter

Pour water or coffee over all

Bake 45 minutes, or until topsprings back when lightly touched
