How to make it

  • Arrange artichoke hearts in bottom of greased 8 inch baking dish.
  • Layer spinach over artichoke hearts.
  • Sprinkle with onion.
  • Beat together cream cheese, milk and butter. Spread over onion layer.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • (At this point, can be covered and chilled up to a day ahead.)
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
