Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place the chicken wings in a bowl. Place all ingreidents in a blender or food processor. Puree all ingredients. Be very careful of the hot peppers. When all ingredients have been pureed, pour over the chicken wings and toss them so they can marinate overnight.
  • NOTE: When handling the hot peppers you must wash yor hands afterwards. Also wash your hands after marinating the wings also
  • You can use either a fryer or a Dutch oven. Place oil in the Fryer or dutch oven about half way. Heat oil to 350 degrees.
  • Remove the wings from the bowl, and place them one by one in the hot oil. Fry the wings until they are golden brown and they are crispy. This should take about 8-10 minutes. While the wings are cook take the leftover marinate and heat the sauce until its been heated thoughout. When the wings are done place the wings in another bowl and then place the sauce ontop of the wings. Toss until well coated and enjoy.
  • Have your favorite dipping sauce with you Ranch, Blue Cheese or just as it is. have enough napkins on hand just in case your nose starts to run. Also don't forget to have enough drinks on hand just in case you mouth gets too hot.
