Ingredients
  • 1 Large Whole Wheat Tortilla
  • 3 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • Grilled Zucchini
  • Grilled Eggplant
  • Grilled Portobello mushrooms
  • Grilled Chicken
  • Red Onions
  • Baby Spinach
  • Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • Roasted Red Peppers
  • Capers
  • Basil

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Cut up all toppings into small chunks
  3. Spread tomato sauce on tortilla
  4. LOAD UP on the toppings, pile them sky high
  5. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or untill toppings look good to you
  6. enjoy!
  7. You can eat the whole pizza (8 slices) all for around 250 calories...if anyone cares.
