Easy to make, easy to double (9x13 pan) Great with coffee, tea, or glass of cold milk Wonderful additiion to a potluck, won't last long.

Ingredients
  • ¾ C flour
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp soda
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 C brown sugar
  • 2/3 C canned pure pumpkin, not pie filling
  • ¼ c oil
  • ½ c nuts

Directions
  1. Beat eggs and sugar together, add oil: add sifted dry ingredients. Stir in
  2. pumpkin and nuts.
  3. Pour into 9 in square greased pan. Bake at 350 for about 30 mins. Cool 5 mins.
  4. Frost with cream cheese icing, your own or from a can
