Sounds good

Love Chocolate, Especially Dutch Chocolate ;)

I'd like to place an order for pickup.

This sounds good, most chocolate mousse recipes that I have seen call for coffee in some form, which I can't stand. I'm definitely going to be trying this!

Could I add a spot of Brandy to this before chilling? I'm a one stop shopper. Actually Mary--that sounds delic. Who knows, I might even try to make it this winter. ahhhh--it has Frangelico in it. hummmm.

Sounds wonderful!!!

Lots of work but loads of taste

This is my first mousse. It's coming together ok but a little of the chocolate did not melt completely. This seems like a recipe format for making custard. Why is it called a mousse instead of custard?

OK, had enough material to make two chocolate meese in converted wax candle globe containers. That is the plural of mousse, isn't it? Dessert and I are chilling. It in the 'fridge, me in my bed.
The mousse looked a lot smoother after I folded in the whipped cream.
