Hot Hot And Dirty Martini Recipe

Ingredients

1 teaspoon sweet paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cayenne- you tender lips.. might want to start out with less!

1 lemon wedge

2 oz good quality vodka

1/2 oz olive brine

2-3 olives

toothpick

Directions

Place paprika, salt and cayenne on a saucer, mix with fork.

Wet half the glass if a CHILLED Martini glass with lemon wedge

Dip into seasoning on saucer.. set aside

Combine Vodka and olive brine in a shaker with shaved or crushed ice and shake vigorously.

Strain into the prepared glass.

Place olives on toothpick, and place atop glass..
