My Favorite Hamburger

- 2 pounds of ground round or sirloin shopping list
- 1 onion, grated shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, chopped fine shopping list
- 3 medium mushrooms, chopped fine shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon cream shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- Course garlic pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Put the beef in a large bowl and add 3 Tablespoons of the grated onion including the juice.
- Add the garlic, mushrooms, and cream.
- Add a little salt & pepper as you like.
- Shape the meat into 4 patties or to your liking.
- After the burgers are formed, sprinkle the garlic pepper on top.
- Grill the paiities 4 to 5 minutes on each side, depending on how well you like them cooked.
- Serve the burgers on a buttered bun and add lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and onions.
- Serve with barbequed beans and a pasta salad.
