Romano Shrimp-Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
These are yummy tasting mushrooms appetizers. Besides making them for yourself, they are also good to take to a friend's party, especially at holiday time.

Ingredients
  • 20 Large Fresh Mushrooms (2-2 1/2 inch diameter)
  • 1 4 1/2 ounce can shrimp, drained, rinsed, and broken up
  • 1 4 ounce container whipped cream cheese with chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash Garlic Powder
  • Dash bottled Hot Pepper Sauce
  • Grated Romano Cheese

Directions
  1. Remove the stems from mushrooms.
  2. Sinner the mushroom caps in boiling water for 2 minutes.
  3. Drain. invert caps on paper towelling.
  4. Cool,
  5. Meanwhile, comibne the shrimp, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and hot pepper sauce.
  6. Spoon shrimp mixture into mushroom caps.
  7. Place in shallow baking pan.
  8. Sprinkle with Romano Cheese.
  9. Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
  10. Before serving, uncover and bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.

I love seafood stuffed mushrooms (or anything else stuffed with seafood, come to think of it!)...these sound delicious - the cream cheese would make them extra creamy...must try! Thanks!
