Ingredients
  • 1 stick Ritz crackers
  • sliced or grated cheddar or mozzarella cheese 1-2 cups or 6 to 8 slices)
  • 1/4 lb melted butter
  • 12 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg. Use casserole dish or brownie pan
  2. Crush crackers and mix with butter and mushrooms. Spread cheese on top. Bake at 250 for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
