This is a great quick pasta dish which is a play on the classical pesto.

Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons marscarpone cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 handfuls parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 handfuls pecans
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Whizz up the garlic clove in a food processor, then add the nuts and parsley and finally the cheese and olive oil.
  2. Toss with hot pasta.
