Marscarpone and Pecan Pesto

- 4 tablespoons marscarpone cheese shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
- 3 handfuls parsley shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 3 handfuls pecans shopping list
- salt and freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Whizz up the garlic clove in a food processor, then add the nuts and parsley and finally the cheese and olive oil.
- Toss with hot pasta.

I like the way you stepped out side of the tradition box using 4 tablespoons marscarpone cheese.
I have been stuck with the same old Parmesan and Pine Nut recipe for ages.
