Ingredients

How to make it

  • In medium bowl combine 2 cups flour, oats, sugars, and baking soda. Mix in melted butter. Reserve 1 cup of crumb mixture and press the remaining mixture into a lightly greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, until set.
  • Sprinkle cranberries and pecans over crust. Stir together ice cream topping and remaining 1/3 cup flour and drizzle evenly over cranberries and nuts. Sprinkle evenly with remaining one cup crumb mixture.
  • Return to over for an additional 20 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned. Cool in pan and cut into bars.
