Cranberry Caramel Bars

- 2-1/3 cups flour – DIVIDED shopping list
- 2 cups rolled oats shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups dried cranberries shopping list
- 1-1/4 cups chopped, toasted pecans shopping list
- 1 cup caramel or butterscotch ice cream topping shopping list
How to make it
- In medium bowl combine 2 cups flour, oats, sugars, and baking soda. Mix in melted butter. Reserve 1 cup of crumb mixture and press the remaining mixture into a lightly greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, until set.
- Sprinkle cranberries and pecans over crust. Stir together ice cream topping and remaining 1/3 cup flour and drizzle evenly over cranberries and nuts. Sprinkle evenly with remaining one cup crumb mixture.
- Return to over for an additional 20 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned. Cool in pan and cut into bars.
