Champignons Farcis Stuffed Mushrooms

- 12 Large mushrooms shopping list
- 6 slices bacon shopping list
- 1 small onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/4 chopped green pepper shopping list
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 tsp season salt shopping list
- 2 Tbl parsley shopping list
- chicken broth to moisten shopping list
How to make it
- Cook bacon until crisp and set aside; crumble when cooled
- Pour off all but about 2 Tbl of drippings and saute onion and pepper until tender
- Stir in bread crumbs, crumbled bacon, parsley and season salt; add broth to moisten
- Stuff mushroom caps, place in shallow pan with a small amount of water ( ΒΌ inch deep)
- Bake at 325 for about 25 mins.
