Tex-Mex Deviled Eggs Recipe

How to make it

  • Cut eggs in half crosswise; carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks and stir in green onion, cilantro, serrano or jalapeno pepper, mayonnaise, mustard and salt.
  • Spoon into egg whites. Sprinkle with cheese and chili powder. Cover and chill.

    We had a Mexican BBQ today, and I had a request for deviled eggs. I wanted to make something that stuck with the theme and this was great- a wonderful version of the original.
