No frost pumpkin cupcakes

- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 3 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 cup oil shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups,pureed pumpkin shopping list
- 2 tsp.baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp.cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp.nutmeg shopping list
- 1 tsp.ground cloves shopping list
- 1/2 tsp.baking powder shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 2/3 cup water shopping list
- 1 tsp.salt. shopping list
- 8 OZ creamcheese,softened shopping list
- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 6 OZ semi-sweet chocolate chips,regular or mini size shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large bowl beat eggs,add oil,then pumpkin.Mix dry ingredients in medium bowl.Gradually beat into egg/pumpkin mixture.
- Line cupcake pan with paper liners.Fill half full with batter.
- In a medium bowl beat cream cheese,egg and sugar together.Drop spoonful,about one tablespoon,onto cupcake batter.Sprinkle with chocolate chips.Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
