Ingredients

How to make it

  • Sift dry ingredients.
  • Whisk egg yolks, oil, water, milk and juice together.
  • Whisk egg whites till stiff.
  • Mix the egg mixture into the dry ingredients to prevents lumps.
  • Beat with electric mixer.
  • Fold in the egg whites.
  • Pour very thinly into a greased pan.
  • Bake until golden brown on one side.
  • Turn over until golden brown.
  • Put sugar and cinnamon on top and roll up.
  • Serve hot.

    my biggest challenge,, if they are not on the floor, the walls, the roof, the fridge the stove ....except in the plate.
    If you can get them to look like they do in the pics then you deserve 5

    Looks fantastic, I will try these on saturday, my baby girl Madison is having a make-over sleep over, so all of the girly girls will want to have a fancy pants breakfast. I think this is it! Thanks a bunch for sharing. The pics look great.
