Fried Cucumbers Recipe

	Tnacndn / All my dishes 2 years, 1 month ago Here is another recipe from my Aunt that she says was from my Mamma. I don't remember her making this one but it sure sounds yummy to me. Now will be the hard part, waiting until next summer for fresh garden veggies. Prep:8m Cook:5m Servings:4	Tnacndn

Ingredients

4 medium sized cucumbers

1 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

3/4 C. dried bread crumbs

1 egg slightly beaten

Directions

Peel cucumbers and cut into about 1/3 inch slices.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Dip into crumbs, the egg then crumbs again.

Fry in butter or hot oil until browned.

Drain on absorbent paper towels.
