How to make it

  • Peel cucumbers and cut into about 1/3 inch slices.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Dip into crumbs, the egg then crumbs again.
  • Fry in butter or hot oil until browned.
  • Drain on absorbent paper towels.
