So easy and delicious creamy cheesecake.Some of the recipes I checked call for chocolate topping,but I found the gray color is more atractive.

Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/4 c. chocolate cookie crumbs
- 3-4 tbsp. butter, melted
- FILLING:
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 24 Oreo cookies
- 12 mini Oreo cookies
Directions
- CRUST:
- Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press into a 21cm loose bottom pie pan. Place in freezer while preparing filling.
- FILLING:
- Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Place in refrigerator. Whip cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and blend. Coarsely chop 24 Oreo cookies and fold into cream cheese mixture. Fold in whipped cream. Turn filling in crust and spread evenly. Divide the 12 mini cookies over the top. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Loosen cheesecake by running knife around edges. Release sides of pan.

Oh My Goodness, Ahmed-I made this today, and it is heavenly. I've never made a cheesecake I didn't bake, but this is so delicious, and also easy in preparation. My neighbor tasted the filling, and she wants me to make her one or TEN...lol She said it taste so good she was tryin'to lick the silver off the spoon before she handed it back!!!!!! Thank You so much for a great post. 5 Forks for sure
