chicken fried stesk

- 2# round steak-trimed of fat -cut into 4 servings shopping list
- 1 can evaporated milk shopping list
- 2 Tbs. GREEN tobasco shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 cups-devided-flour shopping list
- 2 tsp.paprika shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp. each-salt & pepper shopping list
- oil of your choise-I like peanut oil shopping list
How to make it
- pound steaks to 1/4 inch thickness
- combine milk,salt and tobasco in a bowl
- measure 1 cup flour and put in a pie pan
- combine rest of flour with paprika,garlic powder,salt & pepper in anouther pan
- dip steaks in plain flour-milk mixture-then seasoned flour
- make sue all sides are well coated
- heat 1 to 2 inches of oil in a heavy frying pan.when oil is shevering well,fry steafs about 2-3 minutes a side, till golden brown-drain on paper towels
- serve with white/brown gravy,mashed potatoes and biscuits
