Chinese marinated chicken or spareribs. Great on the grill

Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic,minced
  • 1 jar plum jelly
  • 1/3c. dark corn syrup
  • 1/3c. soy sauce
  • 1/4c. chopped green onion
  • 2t. ginger
  • 2lbs. spareribs or chicken

Directions
  1. Heat minced garlic,jelly,corn syrup,soy sauce,onion and ginger in pan over low heat until jelly melts and mixes with other ingredients..
  2. Pour over meat ,cover and marinate 3 hours.
  3. Barbecue,basting for 45 mins
