Good cakes. Made with maple syrup, butter, homemade grape jelly, and a few extra banana medallions on top. See No Oil Banana Pancakes for further discussion.

Made this morning. A small twist. Had exactly 1 cup of George Washington's Eggnogg left over from Christmas. It's my father-in-laws special brew each year. That went in, in lieu of the milk. Wonderful!

These pancakes are a sensational addition to our Sunday morning family tradition. The 6 year old can mash the bananas, the older kids do the mixing and the cooking. A couple of chocolate chips make this a recipe taste like warm cake- Thanks SO MUCH for giving us this gift!!

I just made these for breakfast for my husband. I used 1 cup buckwheat flour (he loves buckwheat pancakes) and 1/2 cup AP flour. They are wonderful. He ate 3 more when I told him there wasn't any oil in the recipe! Bravo...great recipe.
