Orange Raspberry Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients

3 tablespoons of fresh orange juice

1 tablespoon of raspberry vinegar

1/4 cup of light olive oil

1/2 tsp of paprika

two pinches of sea salt

several grinds of black pepper

2 teaspoons of minced chives

Directions

Whisk salt with the vinegar and orange juice until it dissolves.

Whisk in oil slowly to emulsify.

Add seasonings and chives.

Keep in jar and shake vigorously before using.
