Orange Raspberry Vinaigrette Recipe

How to make it

  • Whisk salt with the vinegar and orange juice until it dissolves.
  • Whisk in oil slowly to emulsify.
  • Add seasonings and chives.
  • Keep in jar and shake vigorously before using.

    This was delicious! I've never had a vinaigrette made with orange juice before! This was wonderful on the chicken salad I had for lunch. I added a couple of pictures and a bit more in IMI 4/20/14
