Ingredients
  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 1 (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach-thawed
  • 1 (8oz) cream cheese-softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 sm can green chilies (to your heat preference)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Directions
  1. cook sausage
  2. drain
  3. add 2Tbs. water cover and cook 1 minute
  4. thaw spinach and squeeze until dry
  5. crumble spinach into pork sausage and add rest of ingredients
  6. stir and cook until heated through and cheeses are melted
  7. serve in warm bread bowl with bread bits torn up & tortilla chips for dipping.
