Buffalo Wing Chicken Pizza Recipe

Imagine combining the world's two best "man" foods buffalo wings and pizza. What do you get? One heck of a meal to devour while watching your favorite team. The recipe is as simple as can be and is ready in less than an hour

Ingredients
- 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cooked and cubed
- 1 16" prepared pizza crust
- 1 8 oz package shredded mozzarella
- 2 tbspns melted butter
- 1 2 oz bottle hot sauce
- 1 16 oz bottle of blue cheese dressing
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 F (220 C).
- Combine the cubed chicken, hot sauce, and butter in a good-sized bowl. Mix it up. Spread the entire bottle of dressing over crust and then sprinkle the shredded cheese on the chicken.
- Pop into the preheated oven and bake 'til the crust is golden and the cheese has bubbled. Takes about 7 minutes to finish. Let it cool a bit before cutting up and serving.

I used Crumbled Bleu Cheese/Gorgonzola instead of the dressing! (But I did use some dressing for dipping!) I love Bleu Cheese & Gorgonzola!

This is very similar to a recipe I make entirely too often... my only addition is that I sprinkle crumbled blue cheese on top of the pizza during the last couple minutes of baking. yum yum!!
