Ingredients

How to make it

  • Carefully remove stems from mushrooms being careful not to split the caps.
  • Chop the stems and place in bowl
  • Add,avocado,tomato.serrano pepper.breadcrumbs,garlic,lemon juice,onion salt and salt.
  • Mix till well combined
  • Fill mushrooms with mixture ,packing firmly
  • Bake in pre-heated oven@ 350 for 7 mins.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle each with cheese
  • Return to oven and bake for about 5 mins or until cheeses is melted.
  • Garnish with cilantro and serve.
  • Note: Can use lime juice instead of lemon.,pepper jack instead of mozzarella.
