Portobello Relleno

- 2 lg. portabello mushrooms shopping list
- 1 avocado shopping list
- 1 tomato,seeded and peel shopping list
- 1 serrano pepper,seeded and chopped shopping list
- 2 T. bread crumbs shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves,minced shopping list
- 1 T. lemon juice shopping list
- 1 t. onion salt shopping list
- 1/4 t. salt shopping list
- 3/4 c. mozzarella cheese,shreaded shopping list
- 1 T chopped frsh cilantro,for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Carefully remove stems from mushrooms being careful not to split the caps.
- Chop the stems and place in bowl
- Add,avocado,tomato.serrano pepper.breadcrumbs,garlic,lemon juice,onion salt and salt.
- Mix till well combined
- Fill mushrooms with mixture ,packing firmly
- Bake in pre-heated oven@ 350 for 7 mins.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle each with cheese
- Return to oven and bake for about 5 mins or until cheeses is melted.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
- Note: Can use lime juice instead of lemon.,pepper jack instead of mozzarella.
