How to make it

  • Mix all but the olive oil in a food processor.
  • Through the feed tube slowly pour the oil in a steady stream so that it becomes emulsified into the mixutre.
  • STOP running the machine as soon as the oil is poured in and it is emulsified -DO NOT OVER PROCESS this mixture.

    This is fresh and has no stabilizers nor preservatives. I'd use it within a couple of days, maximum. We've just never had it last longer to reference.

    I would like to try this. How long can this be kept in the refrigerator? JJ Of course I would have to take pics of the process and final product. But then I take pics of all my recipes if possible.
