Summer Squash Casserole

- 3 Large Summer Suqash, rinsed, and chopped shopping list
- 5 Tblsp No salt butter shopping list
- 1/2 a box of Velveta cheese, cubed shopping list
- 1 Medium onion, cubed shopping list
- 2 Cups Ritz crackers, crushed shopping list
- Dash of salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Melt 1 Tblsp butter in skillet over medium high heat, add suqash and onion and saute.
- Melt 4 Tblsp butter in microwave, add to crackers.
- In a large baking dish pour one layer of sqush and onion, alternating with one layer of cheese.
- Top with crackers.
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
