I serve this with spaghetti, lasagna, seafood fettuccine, and alfredos. My kids love it and so do all my guys at the firehall!

Ingredients
  • 1 Large Loaf of French Bread
  • 1/2 Cups of Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Cups of Shredded Romano Cheese
  • 1/2 Cups of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 Cups of Shredded Provolone Cheese (sub. 1 16 oz packages of Kraft Italian Shredded Cheese Mix)
  • 1 Tsp Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Parsley

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Half the loaf of French Bread.
  3. Mix cheeses and herbs.
  4. On a large baking sheet layout the bread and sprinkle with cheese mix.
  5. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, or untill cheese is melted.
  6. Cut in 1 inch pieces. Allow bread 5 to 10 minutes to cool before serving.
